Technogenii is the Website of Kristina Schneider, Educational and Performance Technologist and Director of Operations at Aviation Strategies International. It features editorials and reviews on events, associations, publications, research and technology in the perfomance and educational technology field.

Kristina is an educational technologist who, since 2000, has developed considerable work experience in systemic needs analysis as well as a specialization in top-level design of instructional, knowledge management and social media / Web 2.0 systems. She regularly manages training project production and implementation and conducts training impact evaluation.

Kristina has been working with Documedia since 2005 and is the Director of the Blended Learning Strategies division. Prior to this, she worked as an Educational Technologist with the Centre for Instructional Technology at Concordia University's John Molson School of Business as well as Director of Instructional and Interactive Design for ilasalle, the eLearning division of the LaSalle College Group.

With an undergraduate degree in Communication Studies and a Master's degree in Educational Technology, she continues to keep up-to-date with the latest theories and practices in learning and technology. Furthermore, she is a regular conference presenter, provides training, writes articles and blogs on various issues related to training strategies and eLearning.

She has been on the Executive Committee of the Alliance eLearning since October 2006 and has been President of the Committee since November 2007.
